The operator of the Football IQ app and the f4fiq.com website is CFC GROUP LLC ("Football IQ", "we"). We respect your privacy and protect personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

1. What data we collect

• Account data: full name, email, password (hashed).
• Player data: age, date of birth, position, club, level, goals.
• Survey data: answers from the Performance Profile™ and development surveys.
• Training data: training journal, completed tasks, feedback.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers.
• Contact data: phone number / WhatsApp for enquiries.

2. Purpose of processing

We process data to: deliver services (diagnosis, plans, training, analysis), communicate with you, generate AI reports, improve services and meet legal obligations.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), contract performance (lit. b) and legitimate interests (lit. f).

4. Data sharing

Data may be shared with processors: Stripe (payments), Calendly (bookings), email providers and AI tools generating reports. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention period

We retain data for the duration of service use and afterwards — for the time necessary to meet legal obligations or the limitation period for claims.

6. Your rights

• Right to access your data and obtain a copy.
• Right to rectify incorrect data.
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
• Right to restrict processing.
• Right to data portability.
• Right to withdraw consent at any time.

We use cookies necessary for the app to function and, with your consent, analytics cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

8. Children's data

Our services are also aimed at underage players. We require parental or legal guardian consent to create an account and process the child's data.
