Subscription Terms

This document sets out the subscription, payment, renewal and cancellation terms for the Football IQ Performance app and associated services.

1. Subscription plans

• Monthly — €9 / month, renews automatically.
• Quarterly — 3 months, one-time payment.
• Half-year — 6 months, one-time payment.
• Annual — 12 months, one-time payment.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept payment cards and other methods provided by Stripe. The monthly subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

3. Access with a training package

A player who purchases a monthly training package in Castelldefels gets access to the Football IQ Performance app for the entire paid month. Access includes the player profile, Performance Profile™ survey, individual development tasks, the training journal and basic progress tracking.

4. After the package ends

After the paid training package ends, the account remains active in a basic version. Full access can be renewed separately for €9/month.

5. Renewal and cancellation

The monthly subscription renews automatically. You can cancel at any time in your account settings or by writing to info.football.iq@gmail.com. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period.

6. Refunds

One-time packages (quarterly, half-year, annual) are non-refundable once the access period has begun. The monthly subscription can be cancelled before the next renewal; the fee for the current month is non-refundable.

7. Price changes

Prices may change. We will notify you in advance. A price change does not affect an already paid period.
